Common Help Enquiries
1. Forgotten Password or Username
If you cannot remember your login credentials, simply visit the Member Login Gateway and click the "Forgot Password" link. A secure reset link will be dispatched to your registered email address.
2. Photo Approval Guidelines
To keep our British community warm and trustworthy, all uploaded member portraits undergo review by our moderation system. Photos should be clear, well-lit, and feature you directly. Images depicting celebrity likenesses, nudity, or offensive material are strictly prohibited.
3. Reporting Inappropriate Behaviour or Suspicious Requests
If another member requests money, wire transfers, cryptocurrency investments, or behaves inappropriately, please use the “Report Member” button directly on their profile card, or email our safety team immediately with their username.
